[Check list when restoring firmware is not successful]
- check whether the device is on.
- check whether the device is connected to the PC with the USB cable.
- check whether the device is in the mode of managing device or updating device.
- check whether the backup firmware information file exists.
- check whether the manager can access the server.
If still fails after checking list, please send email to
Technical Support (support@sena.com) with
diagnostic logs which are created right before
and right after pressing the [RESTORE >] button at the
[Firmware restore] page.
