Failure in recognizing device |

If any device is not connected to the PC, it is not turned on, or it is not in the mode of
managing device, then the manager will display the error message as below:

Device recognition failure - Cannot open USB
|
|
|
|
There are some failure messages starting with [Failed to recognize device ... ]
in recognizing device. Meeting failure message in recoginzing device,
users need to take measures as below:
- Follow instructions on the [Device Recognition] page and try again.
- If still fails, close and restart the manager and try again.
- If still fails, send email to Technical Support (support@sena.com) with
diagnostic logs which are created right before
and right after pressing the [NEXT >] button at the
[Device recognition] page.

If the recognized device is different from the selected device,
the manager will display popup error message screen as below(lower than device manager v2.0):
|

|
|
Device recognition failure - recognized device different from selected device
|
|
|
|
Pressing the [OK] button on the error message screen opens the
[Welcome] page.
